“Cast me not off in the time of old age; forsake me not when my strength fails”. (Psalms 71,9).

Human life is divided into four parts:  infancy, childhood, adulthood, and old age. Everything turns like a wheel which has a beginning, middle and end and repeats itself like the four seasons of the year.  Man cycles between the physical and spiritual worlds – he is born, dies, is born again, and dies again in perpetuity. “Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, before the days of trouble come and the years approach when you will say, “I find no pleasure in them” (Ecclesiastes 12:1)

“Generations come and generations go, but the earth remains forever”. (Ecclesiastes 1:4)

If a generation goes and a new generation is born, then what is the point of life? The secret is reincarnation. There is a spiritual pipe on the north side of the world (some people call it a tunnel) through which souls ascend and descend into this world ceaselessly every day for twenty-four hours a day.

The Tears of the Oppressed

There are souls which as they descend into the material world, are oppressed by the forces of evil, which accompany them in earthly life. These souls will most often be at high spiritual level…  “I saw the tears of the oppressed—and they have no comforter; power was on the side of their oppressors—and they have no comforter”. (Ecclesiastes 4:1)

The aura is light energy which radiates from the soul and revolves around the human body. The soul dwells in the brain between the eyes, where the Jews put Tefillin, and from there the soul spreads to all parts of the body. The force of the soul allows man to move – walking, running, seeing, hearing, etc. The body serves only as a tool to contain the soul within it, and it does not have the ability or endurance to store all the tremendous energy of the soul in its body. Therefore, the light of the soul spreads outside the physical body and we see, around the human body light what we call the aura Which is actually the light that emanates from the soul.

Self Confidence

Lack of self-confidence stems from many reasons, some of which are related to positive or negative life experiences. Lack of self-confidence usually stems from a lack of encouragement or attention and results in the individual being overly self-critical, not believing he or she is “good enough,” and constant comparison to others.

Self-confidence is an important aspect of human life that influences society, schools, work, and all human relationships. Because of insecurity, a person suffers from failure, anxiety, withdrawal, emotional stress, and depression that ultimately harms the body and causes disease. A person’s chance of success is intimately tied to his or her self-esteem.

Self-esteem is a combination of security and self-respect that reflects the complexity of the relationship between man and the environment and is built on the self-assessment and self-judgment implicit in each person's life. ; Each person judges his abilities to cope with the challenges of life, solving problems, and his right to achieve happiness and respect from the environment .Self-esteem also affects all human activity – thinking, emotions, decision-making, and actions.

There is no reason in the world to deprive a person of his self-confidence.  Each person is unique and has his or her own beauty whether it is external or internal. There are some who are beautiful only externally yet ugly on the inside, and there are others who don’t possess physical beauty, but their inner beauty is so strong that we desire to be with them.

The status of man is equal, whether he is a king, a minister, a professor, a cleaning worker or a slave, all of whom are working for the continuation and existence of the world, when humans strip naked and stand in line next to each other, there is no difference between them. We will not know who is the king and who is the slave are., Man must overcome his insecurity to elevate the soul and see them all of humanity as equal.  In the end, everyone goes to the same place, and there is no one who can escape death.

“All Written Prior Permission Has Been Granted”.

(Mishnah Avot 3:15)

In terms of higher world, time does not exist; the past, present and future are one unit. If there were no clocks, no night, no day in the word, which cause the separation of time, the world would be considered one long day and the existence of past, present, and future world become void.  Only man attributes meaning to time, in which he enumerates the time and distinguishes between night and day, and between a holy day and a weekday. Therefore, the existence of time is valid only in the material world. And everything that exists is predictable and known, and a person has been given freedom of choice to channel his life.

Freedom of Choice

If the entire course of our lives has been written in advance, so what is our freedom of choice? Mysticism holds that there are no coincidences in the world, and every event that takes place in our lives has a cause and root connected with reincarnation. According to the Kabbalah, man is born into a reality in which he lacks the ability to control and choose the essential elements of his life: the day of birth, the time of birth, the place of birth, the time of death, who his parents will be, his gender,  his name, character traits, whether  he is a hero or a weak, wise or stupid, rich or poor.

On the other hand, the events that occur in human life can be changed, and yet their path will be like the scenario predetermined for man as the destiny of the soul in the world.  By virtue of the freedom of choice of the soul it is given to choose between a good way or a negative one. And the second freedom of choice is to take advantage of life’s opportunities. All events – good and bad – which occur in a person’s life are connected to his or her choices

Forty days before the soul passes through the womb of the woman, the soul is informed of everything that is going to happen in her life, and she accepts it and undertakes to follow the positive path.  Since man does not remember what happened before he was born, he is given freedom of choice and the power to cope with failures in life.

There is no point in trying to tip the scales and change the paths of life positively, since everything is fixed and sealed.  All that is inherent in man is within the realm of inherent and primal potential only deeds can still change a person’s fate. For example, a person destined in this incarnation to be poor can channel his destiny into higher horizons by loving others, positive thinking, pure spiritual actions to increase charity, avoiding boasting and inflated ego, and sending light and love to every living creature in the world.   These actions can break Heaven’s degree and bring him wealth. On the other hand, a man whose fate is rich and abundant can lose everything if he is envious, discontented, a gossiper, jealous, angry or full of hate. These actions bring negative energy into life, causing damage to relationships, livelihood, health, sorrow, anguish, and conflict.

The date of birth and the name of the person constitutes the "secret code" which is one part of the puzzle of the soul’s D.N.A and through which it is possible to decipher the entire course of life of the soul from the day it was born until the day of its death.
